Osiris Peña was very friendly and knowledgeable, and listened to what I wanted in a new car. Paul, in the finance department, was also very friendly and incredibly helpful in getting the best deal for me. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I would give more stars if I could. I went to auction direct USA with all odds stacked against me terrible credit and not a lot of money. I went last Wednesday and had the best experience. My cars sales person was Damon he was amazing. He went above and beyond to be sure I left with something I loved, reliable and within my price range. If you’re in need of a reliable vehicle but don’t want to be pressured or feel like you’re just another sale stop by and see Damon. You won’t be disappointed.

Osiris and Paul provided top tier service in helping me finance a new vehicle. They were polite, professional, and friendly. They were also happy to help me find the best finance rates possible and treated me with respect. 10/10 would purchase another vehicle here again!

Osiris perfectly understood our needs and guided us to multiple realistic options. She never went into pushy car salesman mode. She listened and answered our questions or helped us get the answers we needed. Her work before we returned to finalize the transaction made the whole purchase process very smooth. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check out Auctions Direct USA, and ask for Osiris!
